Discolouration

This is near a resturaunt in UB,
I can't remember exactly, but I think this was a museum...or was it another location... XP I have such bad memory.

the title is kinda true in UB.
Some museums are becoming less popular and becoming dull in colour... lets keep the museums in good form by visiting and learning all the history in the building, we need our history!
