Tree of Life

This is a different type of Oovoo (mind the spelling XP)
its like a monument in Mongolia. When you circle it 3 times clock wise and throw an offering (rock, scarf, money etc...) and make a wish, your wish will come true.
Many of the Mongolians still believe in shamanism and the blue represints the sky, since Mongolia is the land of blue sky ^_^.
